01 · The sure sign

Nothing is scored — no probability, no match percentage, no likelihood rank, anywhere, at any price. That absence is the product. What a record does instead is show its evidence: the public work it was read from, attached and openable. What falls short of the bar is discarded, unseen. A signal that clears it is a tekmor — everything the desk tells you is one.

02 · The named market

The market is what you say it is. You name the firms; the desk watches those, and reads them deeply. Corridors are drawn between watched firms — the paths people actually travel — and naming another firm costs nothing. Depth is not a feature tier; it is the design.

03 · The room, kept

The whole mandate is worked in one room — targeting, search, reading, dossiers, outreach, and the record that accumulates behind them. What accumulates is yours, and using it more never costs more. The room is the product; the record is the reason to still be here in a year.

The stack is the enemy: the same person typed into three systems, the notes in one place and the search in another, the day spent carrying data between them and the record scattered across all four. The desk ends the carrying — targeting across the corridor map, search over public records and over your own notes, the reading of public work, dossiers, outreach drafted where the record lives. Your ATS keeps the paperwork; the desk does the work.

A principal who moves the working life of a firm into one room is owed a pledge about the room, made before the leverage arrives: what accumulates inside it is yours, and using it more never costs more. Nothing inside is counted — not seats, not searches, not signals, not firms watched, not imports, not notes, not drafts.

One thing above was metered — the lookup, a third party’s data at cost. Nothing else in the room counts anything.

Price

Nothing that builds the asset or the habit carries a price.

That is standing law on this desk: never charge for anything that builds the asset or the habit. It is why the first price died — until 5 August 2026 the desk was priced on the count of firms watched, which taxed naming firms, the one client behaviour that deepens the corridor map for every client. Retired on the record, not re-tiered.

What stands is a retainer: one flat monthly figure, set by the consultant headcount of the firm that buys it and by nothing the desk is used for. Naming the fifty-first firm costs nothing. A seat costs nothing. Contact lookups are passed through at a third party’s cost, and nothing else in the room is counted.
